Contact and booking forms — name, email address, business details, and any message you submit through the booking, prequalify, or contact forms on this site.
Payment information — when you make a purchase, payment is processed by PayPal. I do not store your card details. I receive a transaction ID, your name, and email address from PayPal after a successful payment.
Email opt-ins — if you submit your email address through any lead form or popup on this site, that email is stored to deliver the requested content and for occasional follow-up.
Usage data — pages visited, time on site, and interaction data collected automatically through Meta (Facebook) Pixel and standard browser analytics.

2. Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

This site uses the Meta Pixel, an analytics tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Pixel collects data about your visits and interactions on this site and sends it to Meta to help measure the effectiveness of advertising, build audiences, and improve ad targeting.

The following events are tracked:

PageView — fired on every page load.
ViewContent — fired when you view a key piece of content (e.g. the video on the landing page).

Form submissions (bookings, applications, email opt-ins) are stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase, Inc. (supabase.com), located in the European Union. Supabase is subject to GDPR and maintains appropriate data security measures.

Emails are delivered through Resend (resend.com). Resend stores email content for delivery and logging purposes in accordance with their own privacy policy.

5. Cookies

This site does not use first-party cookies for tracking. The Meta Pixel uses third-party cookies set by Meta. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some features.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Request correction or deletion of your data.
